Founded by two young women from Macedonia — Dragica and Roka , Roka Bakehouse aims to bring Keefla® (“better bread”) into the hearts and homes of American families, using a traditional family recipe. Keefla® resembles a croissant, but is a savory sesame seed roll that everyone loves to enjoy — from breakfast with honey and butter to cheese or Nutella. The goal is to offer a lean, organically made selection of breads, prepared with love and carefully selected ingredients.
