The White House announced the Joint Statement between America and the Republic of Macedonia on establishing a framework for reciprocal, fair, and balanced trade, an important step that paves the way for a comprehensive agreement with tariffs not exceeding 15%, and 0% for certain products.
This agreement represents a significant success for the Government led by Hristijan Mickoski and for Minister of Foreign Affairs Timcho Mucunski, as well as for the entire government team, whose coordinated and dedicated efforts secured tangible economic benefits for the country.
In a time of global uncertainty, this framework guarantees stability, safeguards thousands of jobs, and sends a clear signal to the international community that the relations between Macedonia and official Washington are strong, strategic, and focused on economic growth. Such an endorsement delivers a powerful message to potential investors that Macedonia is a secure and predictable destination for new investments.
