Tourist, business, and student visas, as well as cultural exchange programs, including Work &amp; Travel, will continue to operate without any changes. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1276\">The pause is linked to existing legal provisions concerning the assessment of whether certain applicants may become financially dependent on the U.S. system of public benefits.
