
The Macedonian violinist Sanja Zdjelar performed at the official opening ceremony of MASO CUP 2026 in Australia, where she played the Macedonian national anthem on the violin in front of a large audience and representatives of the Macedonian diaspora.
Zdjelar traveled especially from Macedonia with the aim of presenting Macedonian culture and tradition on the international stage through music. Her performance was one of the most memorable moments of the opening ceremony, which, in addition to sporting events, also featured a rich cultural program.
With her performance, Sanja Zdjelar sent a message of unity, pride, and cultural connection among Macedonians around the world. The organizers described her rendition as one of the central and most emotional moments of the ceremony.
