Mako Conga is a Macedonian musical artist and percussionist from Ohrid, currently living in Germany. He began his musical journey at a very young age, first playing the drums, and over time found his voice in the sound and energy of the congas, an instrument he actively plays and performs with to this day.
He is known for his energetic stage presence and modern approach to percussion. He actively performs at music events, festivals, and club stages across Europe, especially in Germany.
His current project focuses on a fusion of Latin rhythms, Macedonian music, and live percussion, with a special emphasis on the congas as the main expressive instrument. Through this project, Mako Conga conveys and promotes Macedonian musical energy beyond the country’s borders.
